Born in 1974 in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, Japan. Graduated from Faculty of economics of Tokyo Metropolitan University. In 1997, after passing the second stage examination of the CPA examination, joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC. Until 2002, worked for Tohmatsu for 5 years, engaging in statutory audits mainly for manufacturing industry, trading companies, construction industry, and banks, etc., consolidation package audits based on the international accounting standards for foreign-owned subsidiaries in Japan, IPO support for non-public companies, and due diligence for corporate acquisition/bulk sales of bad loans, etc. In 2002, after resigning Tohmatsu, established Kitsunai CPA firm in Shinjuku, Tokyo, engaging in consulting for companies who invest (launch business) in Thailand, domestic statutory audits (manufacturing industry, wholesale industry, advertising agencies, and securities companies, etc.), and audits for real-estate funds etc. In 2003, joined Bangkok office of BOD Group in Thailand, one of the second-tier western accounting firms. At BOD, engaged in various consulting for Japanese companies who invest (launch business) in Thailand, accounting/tax procedures agency, and coordination for accountancy/audit work. In 2004, resigned BOD, and established Asia Alliance Partner Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand, aiming for providing higher quality services to Japanese companies. Mainly providing accounting/tax/legal services for Japanese medium-sized enterprises and newly launching companies in Thailand. In 2007, in order to support accounting/subsidiaries management by parent companies in Japan of companies who operate in Asia, established Asia Alliance Partner Japan Co., Ltd. In 2009, in order to support Japanese companies who launch business in Vietnam, established Asia Alliance Partner Vietnam Co., Ltd. Born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1982. Graduated from Doshisha University, majoring in Economics. Passed CPA examination in 2006, and joined Ernst & Young Japan (Osaka office) in charge of statutory audit, consulting services for IFRS conversion, and Due Diligence for 4 years. Moved to Singapore to work for an American IT company as credit analyst providing financial analysis, decision of credit limit and bank guarantee for clients in Asia & Oceania from 2011. In 2013, started working for an accounting firm serving Japanese companies doing business in Singapore and handling accounting, tax and statutory audit. Moved to Thailand and joined Asia Alliance Partner Co., Ltd., a related party of APM, to coordinate accounting, audit tax and Due Diligence for M&A matters. Appointed as a full-time director of PT. AAP Consulting Indonesia in 2017, providing services in accounting, audit, tax etc in Jakarta. |
